This is what you get

We are looking for a colleague for at least 32 to 40 hours. You will receive a salary between €3.200 and €5.000 gross per month (depending on seniority). You get 27 days of vacation, you have flexible working hours and we work hybrid (mix from home or at the office). You will also receive a performance-related bonus of a maximum of one month's salary.

What are you going to do

To strengthen our Support team, we are looking for an Integration Support Engineer. As a support engineer, you love to come into contact with different customers and support them with all kinds of questions and problems regarding their integrations. The Support team is responsible for supporting customers who use Connext Go! Our Integration-as-a-Service services. The work consists of supporting the customer, solving problems, answering customer questions and supporting the internal organization in "onboarding" new customers to this service. On the customer side, you will have to answer customer questions about the operation of "application integrations", resolve incidents and also implement changes. For this role you work closely with the integration development team and you are the link with the customer. A large part of our "application integrations" are with AFAS, and therefore some affinity with AFAS software is certainly an advantage.

Job requirements

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Incident response and customer contact;
  • Independently resolve incidents;
  • Answering customer questions;
  • Escalation of tickets to other teams within the organization;
  • Monitor timely resolution of 1st and 2nd line support tickets, and keep the customer informed;
  • Carrying out daily checks and monitoring the environments;
  • Carrying out standard service requests, such as the configuration of integrations;
  • Maintaining clear documentation and ensuring knowledge transfer.

Who are you?

  • You have experience in a customer-facing role;
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Experience with functional HR / Finance processes in AFAS is a (major) advantage;
  • InterSystems IRIS certification is a (major) advantage, or you are willing to obtain it;
  • Java/Camel certification is a (major) advantage, or be willing to obtain it;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written;
  • You are able to solve problems independently;
  • You are analytical, have strong problem-solving skills;
  • You are service-oriented, with a sense of responsibility;
  • You're curious;
  • You are strong and a clear communicator;
  • Knowledge of/affinity with Java is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of ESBs, APIs, XML, JSON is an advantage.
