We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to build our presence in Sweden and the broader Nordics. You will develop strategic relationships at C-level with Scandinavian enterprise and public sector organizations, translating complex integration challenges into concrete business outcomes. The Nordics are a natural fit for Yenlo: strong open-source culture, ambitious government digitalization programs, and a consultative sales environment that rewards substance over flash. With 41% of all European government IT accounts located in the Nordics, this is a market where integration expertise meets massive public sector demand. For this role you have to be based in or around Stockholm, Sweden.

What you will do
Identify and qualify enterprise and public sector accounts in Sweden (primary) and Norway, Denmark, Finland (secondary) with integration challenges
Build pipeline through consultative outreach, partner collaboration, industry events, and thought leadership
Engage C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO) with substantive, trust-based conversations
Translate technical complexity (iPaaS, API management, IAM, data governance) into tangible business value
Position Yenlo's unique combined offering (Boomi + WSO2 + Connext) alongside the existing Nordic WSO2 ecosystem
Navigate relationships with existing Nordic partners (including Redpill Linpro as WSO2 VAR)
Represent Yenlo at Nordic industry events, conferences, and partner activities
Job requirements
Native Swedish speaker. Fluent in English.
5+ years of B2B tech sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years in integration, middleware, cloud, or an adjacent domain
Strong domain knowledge of iPaaS, API management, or integration platforms (Boomi, WSO2, MuleSoft, TIBCO, Informatica, Frends, or similar)
Adjacent expertise in one or more of: Identity & Access Management, data management, AI/ML, governance & compliance
Proven track record in pipeline generation, consultative selling, and C-level engagement
Experience operating in the Swedish enterprise market (bonus: other Nordic countries)
Consultative and relationship-oriented, with a patient but goal-driven approach
Strong nice-to-haves
Experience with Swedish government procurement (LOU) and framework agreements (ramavtal)
Vertical expertise in Government/Public Sector, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Banking, or Telecom
Understanding of open-source business models
Experience covering multiple Scandinavian countries from a single role
Existing network in the Swedish enterprise IT market
Knowledge of NIS2 (Swedish Cybersecurity Act SFS 2025:1506)
