About the role

Do you have a passion for integrations and enjoy being a trusted point of contact for customers? As a support engineer for Boomi at Yenlo, you will support our international customers with their integrations and API processes on the Boomi iPaaS platform. You will combine your technical skills with customer focus, ensuring smooth operations and reliable solutions across multiple modules. This position is located in our Colombo office in Sri Lanka. For this position it is mandatory to be present at the office for 2-3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Act as first and second-line technical support for Boomi-related incidents and questions.

  • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues within Boomi integrations and processes.

  • Investigate functional and technical errors and coordinate escalations where needed.

  • Support customers in restoring services and minimizing operational impact.

  • Work closely with integration consultants, developers and managed services teams.

  • Document incidents, root causes and solutions in the knowledge base.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and operational stability.

Given you are based in or around Colombo, Sri Lanka:

  • A gross monthly salary between €1.700 - €2.500

  • A performance bonus based on 1 month's salary, determined by achievement of organizational and personal goals

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–3 years of relevant working experience (medior level).

  • Knowledge of the Boomi iPaaS platform, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and SQL.

  • Experience with other iPaaS platforms (WSO2, Mulesoft, etc.) is a plus. Experience with Azure & AWS as hosting provider is a plus.

  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

  • Service-oriented mindset, eager to learn, and a real team player in an international environment.
