We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Business Development Representative to drive our growth across Belgium -- Flanders, Brussels, and Wallonia. You will build strategic relationships at C-level with Belgian enterprise organizations, translating complex integration challenges into concrete business outcomes. Belgium is a unique market: trilingual, compliance-conscious (Belgium was the first EU country to mandate NIS2 assessments), and home to major financial, pharmaceutical, and government organizations with serious integration needs. For this role you have to be based in or around Brussels, Belgium.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify enterprise accounts across Belgium with integration, API management, or IAM challenges

  • Build pipeline through strategic outreach, partner collaboration, events, and thought leadership

  • Engage C-level stakeholders (CTO, CIO, CDO) with substantive, consultative conversations in both Dutch and French

  • Translate technical complexity (iPaaS, API management, IAM, data governance) into tangible business value

  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, marketing, and partner teams

  • Navigate Belgium's trilingual business environment with cultural sensitivity

  • Represent Yenlo at industry events and partner activities across Belgium and Benelux

Job requirements

  • Native Dutch speaker (Flemish). Professional-level French (B2+). Fluent in English.

  • 5+ years of B2B tech sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years in integration, middleware, cloud, or an adjacent domain

  • Strong domain knowledge of iPaaS, API management, or integration platforms (Boomi, WSO2, MuleSoft, TIBCO, Informatica, Azure Integration, or similar)

  • Adjacent expertise in one or more of: Identity & Access Management, data management, AI/ML, governance & compliance

  • Proven track record in pipeline generation, complex deal qualification (MEDDIC/BANT), and C-level engagement

  • Experience operating in the Belgian market (Flanders + Brussels minimum, Wallonia a plus)

  • Hunter mentality: self-starting, entrepreneurial, hands-on

Strong nice-to-haves

  • Also German-speaking (relevant for East Cantons and cross-border DACH collaboration)

  • Vertical expertise in Financial Services, Government/Public Sector, Pharma/Life Sciences, Logistics/Port, or Telecom

  • Experience with Belgian government procurement processes

  • Existing network in the Belgian enterprise IT market

  • Knowledge of NIS2, DORA, and EU AI Act compliance trajectories
