We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Business Development Representative to establish and grow our presence in France. You will build strategic relationships at C-level with French enterprise organizations, translating complex integration challenges into concrete business outcomes. For this role you have to be based in or around Paris, France.

What you will do
Identify and qualify enterprise accounts across France with integration, API management, or IAM challenges
Build pipeline through strategic outreach, partner collaboration, industry events, and thought leadership
Engage C-level stakeholders (DSI/CIO, CTO, CDO) with substantive, consultative conversations
Translate technical complexity (iPaaS, API management, IAM, data governance) into tangible business value
Position Yenlo's open-source integration approach as a sovereign, transparent alternative in the context of SecNumCloud and France 2030
Collaborate closely with solution architects, marketing, and partner teams
Represent Yenlo at French industry events, trade shows, and partner activities
Job requirements
Native French speaker. Fluent in English (B2+/C1).
5+ years of B2B tech sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years in integration, middleware, cloud, or an adjacent domain
Strong domain knowledge of iPaaS, API management, or integration platforms (Boomi, WSO2, MuleSoft, TIBCO, Informatica, Axway, or similar)
Adjacent expertise in one or more of: Identity & Access Management, data management, AI/ML, governance & compliance (NIS2, DORA, SecNumCloud)
Proven track record in pipeline generation, complex deal qualification (MEDDIC/SPICED), and C-level engagement
Experience operating in the French enterprise market, preferably Ile-de-France
Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with the relational patience required for French enterprise sales
Strong nice-to-haves
Grande Ecole background (HEC, ESSEC, EDHEC, Polytechnique, Sciences Po) -- for direct credibility and warm network access
Also Dutch or German-speaking (ideal for internal communication with NL team or cross-selling to DACH)
Vertical expertise in Banking/Insurance, Luxury/Retail, Public Sector, Aerospace/Defense, or Pharma
Experience with French government procurement (appels d'offres, Code des Marches Publics)
Knowledge of SecNumCloud certification and data sovereignty requirements
Existing network in the French enterprise IT market
